Lets narrow in on, must haves vs nice to have.  Community, location are important and should fit your lifestyle, 5-10 year growth outlook and resale is always something to consider.  A home isn't just where you live, its part of your financial future.

Step 3 - Analyze Before Writing an Offer.  Recent comparable, days on market, property history, market momentum, property conditions.  This protects you from overpaying or losing the home because of weak positioning.

Step 4 - Structure a Strategic Offer.  Smart conditions, strong deposit positioning, Possession date that works with your timeline. This is where experience matters.

Step 5 - Protect Yourself During Conditions.  Home Inspections, condo document review, Financial confirmation.  No rushed decisions, No surprises

Step 6 - Confident Closing.  Final walk through, All timelines met, Conditions properly removed, Terms met. You don't just get keys, you move forward with confidence.
